Wanting to be someone else is a waste of the person you are.
Can we all just admit that blue is my colour? I've been gravitating to powder blue items in the last few months and I am NOT mad AT ALL because it's totally working for me and my skin tone...
Now that that's off of my chest, lol, let me tell you how I'm feeling. Ever since that crazy article in Oprah Magazine giving "crop top advice", I've seen countless amounts of women sticking it to Oprah and her team by showing them that there are no rules to wearing a crop top. No, you don't have to have a "flat tummy" in order to show some midriff. Fashion is self expression. And not only thin self expression, but self expression at ANY SIZE. You wanna make sure you turn heads? Make sure you look put together and clean. Also remembering that sometimes there really is beauty in the "less is more" concept. But most importantly, put on your clothes and SLAYYY. It's your body, why let someone tell you how to show it off?!
This Penningtons faux leather jacket is one for the books. So so so SOOO cute and such a great fit. I also got the jeans from Penningtons and didn't even notice that I was in a pretty much full Penningtons look until after! The white top is a quick buy from Conway in NEW YORK. I think it was like two dollars. And the heels from my homies at Torrid.
What do you guys think about the whole controversy over at Oprah Magazine? We'd love to know!
