Wedding Crasher

I love pairing opposite pieces together. It just makes things a little more fun. Initially, I had one vision for this dress. I was going to wear it with strappy heels and a cute girly clutch. "It's going to be great", I said. I could've been right, but for some reason when I saw my black leather coat on my way out the door...the rebel in me came alive...

So, yes. I totally turned back! If I was going to wear the Wet Seal leather jacket with this super pretty dress from Pink Clubwear, I was going to have to go all the way. I pitched the strappy heels and swapped them out for these edgy Shoe Dazzle black laced boots. I slipped my favourite Giant Vintage Hotcake sunnies on and ran for the door. But right when I got there I realized that rebels often have little to no time for clutch purses! So, of course, like the badass I am...I swapped that bag for my brand new Jord Wood Watch

Have you ever waited for the right time to bring out a piece that you're really proud of? Well, this is that piece. I've had my share of Guess and MK watches, but I never quite got the unique intricacy that I was yearning for until I got my Jord Wood Watch. Besides the fact that it's super light and easy to wear, I love that the natural element of wood is the main feature. Trust me, if you're like me and you're looking for pieces that are more authentic and unique, you need to make your way over to Wood Watches by Jord. You won't regret it. I sure don't.

I think it looks like I was crashing weddings in this number....or maybe even upstaging the bride? Or maybe even a little bit of both? What do you guys think?
